The Job
You’re the behind-the-scenes hero of Antwerp. The go-to support for our full-time field sales superstar. You make sure everything runs smoothly - from organizing deliveries to helping set up events, and keeping the sales team fueled and ready to crush it.
You’ll work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, help track the best festivals, bars, and retail spots, and support everything that makes Tout Bien shine in your region. You might not be the face yet - but you’re definitely the heart and hustle that keeps it all moving.

- You live in or near Antwerp - or close enough to call it your playground. It’s our biggest market, and you want to dive in. And yep, our Ghent office is where the magic (and our team meetings) happen.
- You’re organized, eager to learn, and love helping people — whether that’s setting up at a festival or supporting the sales team.
- You’re curious about the beer world and excited to learn what makes Tout Bien stand out.
- You’re social and confident enough to chat with bartenders, event organizers, and the team.
- You’ve got a driver’s license.
- You speak Dutch and English. French? Cherry on top. Bank vooruit.
