You own your entire region. You are the friendly face, the fixer, and the hustler all in one.
You aim to build the Tout Bien brand in East-Flanders. In volume and revenue, but also as a brand.
Together with our sales team, you handle incoming requests as well as proactively search for the correct events, festivals, and bars. The local retailer should become your best friend, and the bar owner should invite you to his wedding.
The Tout Bien team will welcome you with open arms. We’re a bunch of young and ambitious people who have fun while fighting the biggest companies in the world. Naive? Yes! Fun? Yes!
What about you?
- Preferably, you live in or around Ghent, since this is the biggest market. Fun fact: We have an office in Ghent and work from here with the team!
- Your network and experience in the scene help you identify what bars and festivals are open to work with Tout Bien.
- You understand Tout Bien as a company and what makes us unique among other pils brands.
- You're social and can take the occasional joke when you walk into the office with a new hairstyle.
- You have a driver’s license.
- You speak Dutch (Gents moatje) and English. French is a bonus and a bank vooruit.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales. preferably with a track record in bars and the events scene. This experience is an absolute must for us. We will examine your knowledge of “hectolitervergoedingen” and the Ghent-based event scene as our very first interview question!
- 9 to 5 are the hours you go to the Kompass on the weekend, not the ones you want to hold on to during the week.
